Beethoven & Rossini, a rendez-vous?
Mezzo-soprano Anna Bonitatibus and pianist Simon Lepper present, in their recital, the premise of the supposed meeting in 1822 between Rossini and Beethoven; thus making small parallels between the poets used by both composers. Not only do they coincide in their use of Italian, but they also explore the folklore of the country.
