Manage Subscription

Once you are registered, you will be able to manage your information and your subscription details whenever you wish. Here’s how.

 

MY INFORMATION

To reach this page of "MY INFORMATION", first you will have to log in, clicking on the silhouette icon at the top menu. From this page, you can check:

• Your username

• Your PIN code to link your Samsung TV to your account

• Your personal and payment data saved on the system

• The end of subscription date

CAN I CHANGE MY INFORMATION?

If you need to change your password or your email, you can do it here. Fill the box of the piece of data you want to modify and click on: "SAVE."

HOW CAN I CHECK MY SUBSCRIPTION?

At the bottom, you can find the ways through which you can cancel the automatic renewal of your subscription as well as checking your purchases with their corresponding dates and prices.
