HOW TO REDEEM A CODE ON MY OPERA PLAYER

If you have a discount code or a special code for My Opera Player, follow the instructions below

IF YOU ARE NOT A MY OPERA PLAYER USER YET

  1. Go to the "BUY" page. Enter the code you received on the box under the text "PROMOTION CODE." Click on "SEND." The page will refresh and the price list will show the promotional ones.

  2. Enter the information requested to register and accept the privacy conditions.

  3. Select the product you wish and click on "ACQUIRE TICKET OR SUBSCRIPTION."

  4. Click on "CONTINUE WITH PURCHASE."

  5. If you had a special code*, on the next screen you will be informed that the process was done successfully. If you had a discount code, the system will send you to the payment gateway. Enter your card details and, when you’re done, click on "ACCEPT."

  6. Once the purchase is completed, the system will send you back to our website indicating that the process was done successfully. From here, you will only need your user and password to access My Opera Player.

 

IF YOU ARE A MY OPERA PLAYER USER ALREADY

  1. Log in with your user and password on the "ACCESS" page - the silhouette at the top menu.

  2. Go to the "BUY" section.

  3. Enter your code on the corresponding box and click on "SEND." The page will refresh and the price list will show the promotional ones.

  4. Select the product you wish and click on "ACQUIRE TICKET OR SUBSCRIPTION."

  5. Click on "CONTINUE WITH PURCHASE."

  6. If you had a special code*, on the next screen you will be informed that the process was done successfully. If you had a discount code, the system will send you to the payment gateway. Enter your card details and, when you’re done, click on "ACCEPT."

 
*The special code, instead of offering a free subscription, gives access to the service until a determined date.
